Have not received my 3 month code

Hi!

Back in January i bought 3 months of gold membership as there was a deal going on where you got another 3 months for free, i have not received any code for that and my live has just ran out for the first 3 months.

Given the wrong amount for the $5/$10/$15 Promotional Gift Card

I used a 3 month prepaid code and still have not received my promo code.

 

3 month live promotion code expired.

I bought three months of xbl during the buy 3 get 3 free promotion.

I redeemed the first three months and received the email with the code for the next 3 months. I was not aware this was a "promotional code" as opposed to a real 3 month code and I did not open the email as I had no need to redeem the code at the time.

When my xbl expired I went to my email to use my next 3 month code and found it was a promotional code which expired on march 31st 2 weeks after I received it.

Is there a way to remedy this situation and get my second 3 month code.

As I see it I have paid for 6 months of xbl and only received 3 months.

We would recommend reaching out to the retailer you purchased Gold from or the chat & phone team so they can confirm that purchase and look into providing you with a code for the extra 3 months.
