    Have not received MixPot, was told I was messaged, have not received message either


    I posted here a couple days ago about not receiving the E3 Mixpot awards. The post was replied to and said I was messaged, but I have not received any messages on Xbox Live. The post was also locked so I can't reply to it (although I did try to message the
    person who responded with no return response there either).

    We were able to determine that you have received the MixPot Rewards that you did not already own. Keep in mind that this content was automatically applied to the account you watched TGA with, and the DLC may need to be redeemed in-game. Check your 'Ready
    to install' list for the following content:

    • Goat Simulator
    • Warframe Prestige Pack DLC
    • Halo Wars 2 Kinsano leader
    • Forza Motorsport 7 E3 Driver Suit

    I never received a message about watching the E3 stream but I have some items appear on my order history today, the smite one states E3 Mixpot. Have you checked your order history on microsoft.com?
    That's where I always find mixpots.
