Have Not Received Mercenary DLC For Sea Of Thieves

I saw a promotion about two weeks ago on the Xbox Home to buy 3 months of xbox live and receive the Mercenary DLC Pack for Sea of Thieves. I bought the 3 months of gold but still haven't received my Mercenary DLC. I have tried to
contact the xbox twitter support team a week ago and still till this day have not received a response from an official support team member. I have received multiple replies from other users stating that promotion DLC codes usually take a while to go out which
is fine. Then I did some research and found that the promotion codes would be going out 10 days after the initial date of the promotion. It has been over 10 days since the promotion and I still haven't received any code or replies to my original twitter post
from an official xbox support member. This is becoming very frustrating considering I already had xbox live and wouldn't have purchased more if it wasn't for the promotion. I would appreciate if someone would help resolve this issue. Thank you.

Did not receive Sea of Thieves DLC

I purchased a 3 month XBL gold on March 24th mainly to get the Sea of Thieves Mercenary pack amd never received the SoT DLC. Did anyone else have this problem?

Sea of thieves mercenary pack

I purchased the promotion of Xbox live gold 3 month subscription with the sea of thieves mercenary pack on April 17th and haven't received the code for the mercenary pack yet.

Same here haven't received anything. I met the term and condition, I'm new to xbox live so I received the membership discount but no sea of thieves mercenary pack
