Have not received Killer Instinct yet

A few months ago I received an email for the promotion of receiving Killer Instinct free for being a dedicated xbox supporter for Xbox One. I just bough my xbox one and went to check my email and never received an email with the code or how to redeem.

In regards to the Killer Instinct code, I'm afraid I don't see your Gamertag on the list of winners. Did you receive an Xbox Live message or email stating you had won? If so, do you have another Gamertag to which the promotion might be associated?

I did that already, but this was supposed to be the full game free download according to how the email was worded. I have read about other people having the same problem.

Tales of Xillia or Killer Instinct. I guess I'll go with Killer Instinct. I don't have a Xbox One yet but I do find myself eager to manhandle people with Chief Thunder quite often. Plus the dojo mode is stellar.
