    I purchased the Halo War 2 Ultimate edition, and its now been over 10 days and I still haven't received the token for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition. I contacted Microsoft customer support and was redirected here.

    halo wars 2/halo wars: DE

    From the
    FAQ    :

    If you pre-ordered the digital version from a participating retailer, you should receive a token for Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. Log into your Xbox account and enter that token. Your Halo Wars: Definitive Edition token will be sent to that account
    within 7 – 10 days.

    You will get a Xbox Live message with the token. So you just have to wait a few days :).

    It says on Halo Waypoint anyone that bought it before the 14th gets Halo Wars DE on the 20th.
