    Have not received Halo Wars Definitive Edition Code after preordering Halo Wars 2


    I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition on 12/3/16, and have not yet received a code for the early access to Halo Wars: Definitive Edition. I recently ended a webchat with Amie F. that directed me to place a post in this forum to get the issue resolved.
    She verified I should have a code and said that the promotions team would make sure to get one to me.

    Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

    Also, since I pre-ordered before the 14th, I should have received the code by now, and should not have to wait the 7-10 days. This is stated in this article: Halo News - Halo Wars: DE Early Access

    Did you preorder a physical copy of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition or digital copy? If it's a physical copy, your code for the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be in the box for Halo Wars 2. If you preordered a digital copy, you'll get a code for the Halo
    Wars DE copy to your Xbox Live message center 7-10 days after redeeming your code.

    Hi there! you're right, I preorder a physical copy of the game, only because here in italy we cannot buy the limited edition in shops like Gamestop ecc.. so the only way to have it must be ebay or amazon.
