    Hello, i preordered Halo Wars 2 on December 19th and have not received my code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition. It appears that if i have not yet received the code there could be something wrong, i found the following information on

    Missing Halo Wars DE code

    I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition on December 19th and still have not received my Halo Wars DE code. I was told everyone who pre-ordered before Dec 20th should have received their code already and if they havent to contact support.

    Hey there,

    Codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition are no longer sent out for purchases of Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. Now, anyone that purchases Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition digitally will automatically receive the game digitally. Try checking your Windows Store
    library (or your 'Ready to install' list on Xbox One) to see if the game shows up there! Be sure that you are signed into the account that originally redeemed the code, as well.

    To find your library on the Windows Store, click your profile picture in the upper left corner of the screen within the Windows Store. Keep us posted!
    I can see Halo Wars DE in my Windows Store library, however trying to install it gives an error once it tries to acquire a license (error code is 0x803F8001). I have already had a lengthy chat session with support over that error, and they said the error
    was due to my not having a license for Halo Wars DE, and that I had to come here to get the code for Halo Wars DE sent to me.

    I also bought Fallout 4 on 10th November. No code yet via emails or message centre. I have received gears of war and halo 5 codes but nothing about Fallout 3. Contacted support and they said to post about it in the forums!
