    Have not received Halo Wars DE Code after 10 days.


    Ordered Halo Wars 2 10 days ago on the 13th, still have not received copy of Halo Wars Definitive Edition. I was told to wait 7-10 days. After contacting support they told me to wait one more day. Not happy with this system, should not have to wait close
    to two weeks to receive a code for a game.

    I haven't received my Halo Wars DE code after having pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 UE in August.

    When did you purchase Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition? Keep in mind that codes go out 7-10 days after purchasing. If you have not received a code after waiting 10 days, please post back here to let us know!

    When did you redeem the code provided by Amazon? Once you redeem the code for Halo Wars 2, you should receive a code for Halo Wars DE within 7-10 days.

    There is no way to receive the code any earlier than the 7-10 days. If you don't receive it after the 10 days, you'll need to post back. The 7-10 days is stated in the game description for Halo Wars 2.
