Have not received Gears of War codes

I have not received any promo codes I should have received after playing Gears of War Ultimate Edition.

Spoke with Xbox support and was given reference number [Mod Removed]

Pre-Ordered Gears Of War 4 I still have not received codes for XBOX 360 versions

I pre-ordered Gears Of War 4 on 09/06/16. I received codes for 360 versions of Gears of War and Gears of War 2. I have not received codes for 360 versions of Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement. Thank you in advance.

Gears of War 4 promotion

I received an XBox One S with Gears of War 4 for Christmas. Not long after installing I received a notice with the promised download codes for Gears 3 and Gears: Judgement. However I still have not received the codes for Gears 1 or Gears 2. Can you please
resend the codes for these two games.

Reference numbers should never be posted on public forum's as people would be able to call support with them and find out things like name phone etc

If you didn't play them game before the end of last year and as long as you don't live in Germany China or japan

And over the age of 17

Changing an age of your account won't work as once set it can never be charged you can change their age but it won't affect the age that they see

Also it results in incorrect birthdate

If you meet the above conditions all of them then post in the gears of war 360 collection subsection

I understand your point about reference number.. However then Xbox support staff should not be telling people to reference them in a post

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!
