Have Not Received Gears of War 4 Codes

I purchased Gears of War 4 more than 10 days ago and I still have not received my codes for all the other Gears games. I contacted the chat support and they suggested I make a post on here to find a resolution. My gamertag is .

Pre-Ordered Gears Of War 4 I still have not received codes for XBOX 360 versions

I pre-ordered Gears Of War 4 on 09/06/16. I received codes for 360 versions of Gears of War and Gears of War 2. I have not received codes for 360 versions of Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement. Thank you in advance.

As ngocphi mentioned, it can take up to 30 days to receive your codes. Be sure to keep an eye on your Xbox Live messages for communication. If you don't receive them at the end of 30 days, feel free to create a new thread and let us know.

Hey fxbanker,

You received a disc copy of Gears of War 4? If so, the codes should be located in the case if the bundle you purchased was specially marked. In order to receive the Gears of War 4 codes over Xbox Live, you would need to redeem a digital code for Gears of
War 4, or would have had to purchase digitally through the Xbox Store. If you did redeem a Gears of War 4 code for the
digital version, then Smwutches is correct that you will receive the codes within 30 days of the code redemption date.

Please let us know if it is not digital so we can further narrow this down!

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

Codes will be sent out within 30 days from the day you started Gears of War 4. Please keep in mind you would need to have started Gears of War 4 in order to be eligible. Please keep an eye out on your Xbox Live Messages for the codes to be sent to you. I'm
unsure where you received Gears of War 1, as that should be part of the codes you'll receive via the messaging.
