    Nobody has been able to help me.

    I'm not sure what to do, to get my promotion that I should have received 2 months ago. So now, nobody is responding to me. I have emailed e-prize (hello world) a couple times, and they are not responding. So it looks like I'm just not getting my promotion.
    Xbox @ e-prize couldn't resolve it, 2 customer service reps from e-prize (Helloworld) couldn't resolve it, and I have gotten ZERO help from this forum.

    Is this EVER going to be resolved?

    You can remove it by calling support and have a prepaid code issue if more then 1 month is left

    If you are on a promotion however this will cancel any promotional points if you have not receive them yet

    Had a reply from helloworld inc:

    'Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, the XLR program was discontinued in Summer this year. The last date that consumers had for the UK region was June 18th. Since Rewards Credits was the promotional
    currency for that program, and that program no longer exists, that code is no longer valid. We are very sorry for any disappointment this may cause. We appreciate your understanding.'

    So i don't think i'll be receiving anything.

    Thanks for the reply, Leo, but I'm waiting for a rep from HelloWorld to respond ... neither @XboxSupport nor Xbox Support are running the promotion.

    I sorry you have had this issue with the code and with the support you have received so far on this matter

    The name your game bundle is handled by a 3rd party team that you do contact on the site with the form you filled out. A reply is normally 3 days but it is bank holiday so do give it a few more days. Also from experience the issue with not getting the code
    via email is that the email was sent but went to the spam folder so be sure to check that it will be from Helloworld so you may want to search that.
