    I used a promotion from xbox live dashboard to go gold and receive ryse legendary edition but still have not received any emails or game codes. just a message from the dash that i would receive an email soon. but no time scale.

    could you please look into this and find out where the email is or how long i have to wait.

    Recently I saw an advertisement to go gold and receive the game Ryse: legendary edition. I decided to give xbox live a try again. multiple weeks later I still have not received the code that was advertised for getting xbox live.

    @Mister Maka, didn't really need the same PR response that you are giving everyone, what me and Bails360 are saying is that within the promotion terms and conditions all it said was it had to be utilised within the screen and there was an option WITHIN the
    promotion screen to use a promo code. So this was false advertising and I think all those who did it deserve a code and the terms and conditions should be updated. If you weren't allowed to use a code, how hard is it to program that option out of the promo
    window??? Like I said I had no reason to get gold as I had a 14 day trial that came with my xbox, I bought a code to solely to receive the game. Disappointed to not only have zero understanding from your staff, but to also be given the same robot like response.
    Talk about unsatisfactory conduct of paying customers....

    To check, did you purchase the game through the promotion or did you a redeem a pre-paid code? If you redeemed a pre-paid code I'm afraid you wouldn't be eligible for this offer.

  5. i went to through the xbox live dash button with the promotion on it. i clicked on that and then upgraded to xbox live gold.

    Yes. I did indeed purchase my Live Gold directly through the promotion.

    It wad the main reason I purchased the 1-year Gold sub at that particular time.

    Hopefully you don't mind me piggybacking off this thread but I also didn't receive my code for Ryse: Legendary Edition. I purchased my Xbox Live Gold membership off the dashboard on 9/22/2015.
