    Have not received free windows 10 code for quantum break pre-order or Xbox one Alan wake codes


    I pre-ordered quantum break through Xbox live store, but have not received any of the codes for the windows 10 version or Alan wake for Xbox. It has past the 7-10 day window. Please respond.

    Quantum Break Pre-Order Bonuses not received

    I pre-ordered Quantum Break on 2/14/16 through the Xbox one game store and I received my code for Alan Wake's American Nightmare, but I have not received the codes for Alan Wake or my Quantum Break Windows 10 code.

    Hi,

    I Pre-ordered Quantum Break for Xbox one which claimed to come with:

    Alan Wake American Nightmare for 360

    &

    Free Windows 10 Version of Quantum Break.

    Other people have been receiving their codes.

    I've received my code for Alan Wake but haven't got my Code for The Windows 10 Quantum Break.

    Can someone help me out with getting it please
