Have not received FM7 keys or credits.

I Pre-ordered FM7 over a week ago and have yet to receive the extra keys or the 5,000 credits. I realize it's suppose to take a few days but I'm starting to think there is a problem and I'm not getting them. Is there a way to fix this?

Didn't get Forza 7 virtual keys or Rewards Points for purchaing FM7

Purchased FM7 Ultimate on September 30 and never received the 10 virtual keys or the rewards credits. Purchased it digitally from MS/Xbox.

Virtual Key Instant Win issues

I purchased FM7 on 09-29-2017, and as of 10-05-2017 (beyond the 96 hr window, mind you) I still do not have my 10 extra keys, nor does my account show the 5k reward credits. Please explain.

We see that you have been awarded your keys for this offer. However, as stated in the FAQ, Credits are not awarded until the end of the sweepstakes:

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Hi TerrificStorm. The purchase had to be made from the Xbox Store to qualify for the Forza offer. Since your purchase was from the Microsoft Store and was a code, it does not qualify.

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since the offer is not yet over, it is too early to see your Credits.

Our web team is reporting that this issue has now been resolved. However, our platform team is reporting that your purchase was not made digitally from the Xbox store. According to our purchase information, your purchase was from a token redemption, which
indicates a physical purchase or a purchase from an alternative storefront. From the FAQ:

PRE-ORDER/ORDER THE GAME

Pre-order or order any digital version of Forza Motorsport 7 (includes Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Edition) from the Xbox Store between September 18 and October 13 to earn 10 additional keys and 5,000 Rewards Credits. Please note that it can take
up to 96 hours for your keys from this action to appear on the site. If they haven’t appeared by the end of the contest on October 13, you will have until October 20 to use them.

10 keys (can only be earned once)
5,000 Rewards Credits (can only be earned once)

Since your purchase was not made digitally from the Xbox Store, it was not eligible for this offer.
