Have not received Fallout 3 promotional code

I preordered the Fallout 4 copy digitally, but never received the Fallout 3 code.

I have had Fallout 4 for months, but have received nothing for Fallout 3.

I just don't want to miss the opportunity to get the game.

I have not received the code for fallout 3 from the promotion with fallout 4. I got the game two weeks ago and have still not received the code. I am sorry to bother you on this subject as I am sure you guys are busy so I thought i'd give you a friendly

It can take up to 10 days to receive the Fallout 3 code. The promotion is valid through February, so if you bought digitally you should be receiving the code as an Xbox Live message in due course. When that message arrives, simply redeem it to begin downloading
Fallout 3.
