    I have not received my "Movie Marathon" or "TV Showmance" rewards on the Microsoft Movies & TV challenge for this month. Please help.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently investigating a potential issue with video purchases that are causing them to not properly progress this offer. We have escalated this issue to another team to resolve. Once we receive word that this issue
    is resolved, and can confirm the Credits pending in your account, we will update this thread.

    I'm a gold member - how can I rent movies?

    To Rent movies using the Xbox Video app you don't need to have a Gold Membership. As Smwutches states, you will need to use MS points or a Credit Card to rent movies or purchase movies and TV episodes.

    I can play movies I have bought pre preview update. Went to the Store, and downloading the movies & TV . I guess this is a different app than the app movies and TV?
