    I pre-ordered dark souls 3 on February 16th and I have still not yet received my dark souls 1 code for the xbox one.

    I also purchased Just Cause 3 10 days ago and have not received my code for Just Cause 2.

    Hi there dark souls 1 is not yet backwards compatibly so that is why you have not received a code once it is you will get a message on Xbox one to redeem a code.
