Have not received code for Fallout 3

I pre-ordered a digital copy of Fallout 4 for Xbox One through the Xbox Store on or around 09/15/15. If I received an email or an Xbox Message with a code to redeem Fallout 3, I do not have it.

As per the description of Fallout 4, it can take 7-10 days from your purchase date to arrive in your messages inbox. You'll need to check until the 19th, and if it hasn't arrived by then, post back here.

Yeah i haven't received my fo3 code yet either

 

It appears that J0NNY RING0 purchased his preorder of Fallout 4 about 3 months ago... so he should have received his code 2.5 months ago. He shouldn't have to wait until 11/19/15 to receive a code for a game he purchased 9/15/15.

I have my own thread that thus far has not received any attention despite much newer threads receiving responses. What determines which threads receive attention?

 

Threads are responded to by the support staff based on oldest to newest. The oldest threads will be viewed first.

You'll need to be patient over the next day or two while the support staff go through everyone else's posts too.
