Have not received code for Ebon Flintlock in Sea of Thieves

Bumping my post since others have gotten help. Really want to be able to use the Ebon Flintlock when Sea of Thieves launches tomorrow. :\

I watched the latest stream with which the Flintlock skin was being offered but I have not received it in-game nor a message with a code. My Mixer account is associated with the Microsoft account linked to my gamertag and the stream was open for over an hour.

Note: I noticed that the Mixer account has an underscore whereas my gamertag has a space (Cpt aLoNeDaRk). I'm not sure if this is why it was never received, but thought it was worth mentioning.

To check, when you view your
Order History ,if you see the Ebon Flintlock pistol, that means that it has applied to your account.

The Sea of Thieves team has included an issue with some players not being able to see their downloadable content in game via the

Patch Notes- 1.0.2 released this week. This issue is being looked into and they did include a potential workaround.

In the meantime, please keep an eye out for updates via the
Sea of Thieves Twitter or via the
official Sea of Thieves site. We appreciate your patience with this.

I clicked on order history and it said Sea of Thieves Ebon Flintlock and on the right, it said completed.

I just checked my armory chest, and I didn't see it there.

In my order history it says SoT CCU 01. Not sure if thats what you're talking about, but other than that and the Ebon Flintlock I mentioned earlier thats all I see.

Thanks for that info. If you did not pre-order Sea of Thieves, we're afraid you would not be eligible for the Black Dog pack.

For the Ebon Flintlock pistol, you're not seeing that available to you in either armory chest within the game (ship or weapons shop)? Are you able to send us a screenshot of what you see when you open the chest and look at your weapons options for the Flintlock
pistol?
