Have not received code for 3 Free months of Groove Music Pass

Hello,

In late December, early January I found a promotional offer for 4 Free months of Groove Music pass with a paid month of subscription and signed up. After the trial month (1st free month) ended, I paid the regular subscription price for the second month and
have been waiting for the code to redeem for my 3 additional free months. My monthly renewal is just around the corner and I have yet to receive the code. I chatted with an online support operative and after confirming the offer does/did indeed exist, he directed
me her. Please help. I am enjoying the Music Pass Service but have no qualms about cancelling on principle.

I have not received my 3 month free groove music code

I got the offer of taking up a free month trial of groove music and get 3 months free via code through the xbox messaging system. I have not received my code for the 3 months and it has been well over 30 days. I need my 3 month free code for groove music
like stated in the offer.

Microsoft groove 3 extra free months

I signed up for groove music pass and was told I'd receive a code for 3 extra months free and never received it I have been charged for this month now.

I'm pretty sure I first saw it on my Xbox Dashboard initially. I did not sign up immediately but signed up later that day. I am concerned because now all the links I found yesterday for this offer are either dead or just default to the Groove homepage, including
the one that had an end date of March 17 for the offer.

I responded to an email from Microsoft on 7/13/2016, signed up for a 30 day Groove Music Pass subscription on the promise by Microsoft for a 90 day Groove Music Pass access. A promo code has never been received. I was passed from one chat support representative
to another to another to another and then after spending 30 minutes was sent here. Maybe this will get resolved soon.

Their email stated "Rev up your summer soundtrack with 3 free months (90 days) of music.* Just sign up for Groove Music Pass, and after your first paid month ($9.99), we'll email you a promo code for your bonus months (as always, you can cancel anytime).
But hurry - this deal won't last forever."
