Have not received any FIFA 16 deluxe pre-order bonuses...

Hello,

I was chatting with Microsoft chat and they said to post here with the reference #[Mod Removed]. My son told me that we have not received any of the Gold Pack bonuses that were part of the deluxe pre-order. What are the next steps?

FIFA 17 super deluxe addition

I pre ordered fifa 17 super deluxe addition and haven't received any bonuses

 

Pre-ordered COD Infinite Warfare Deluxe Addition-Missing Season Pass and Bonus Codes

Pre-ordered the COD Infinite WarFare Deluxe Edition. at the beginning of October (10/8/16). Besides being buggy and laggy in game play, I never received any of the pre-order bonuses nor do I see the Season Pass installation. Some have said redeem codes
for the bonuses are needed, but the only email I received is the confirmation of the order and nothing about any codes. Previous games that I have downloaded with pre-order bonuses and/or season passes have always been straightforward. It all down loads
and activates on launch day. This one has been less than buyer friendly with its install as its lacking details and doesn't seem to have properly downloaded.

What am I missing? If I am not missing anything, where do I go to see/get the pre-order bonuses and the season pass information so I can confirm I received it?

So after spending a few days trying to get in touch with EA through chat and phone, I finally heard back from them this morning. They said because we bought the deluxe edition pre-order, they don't have the codes for this and I would have to get them from
Xbox. Is there anyone here that can help me? It's just a little frustrating going back and forth to each company.

This is from them after my phone call:

The super Deluxe codes were a promotion for players that purchased their games through xbox or sony and since we are now around 2 months from game launch we do not have the correct codes to assist. :/ I'm sorry about that , however xbox should be able to check to see if they can get you a replacement as the preorder was an exclusive through their digital market. Thank you again for being patient with me today xxx and I hope that they are able to assist and get this whole situation straightened out for you guys . I also wanted to add in that no content was consumed out of the pre-order so hopefully again they will be able to assist you guys with getting the correct content on the account.[/td][/tr][/table]

Really sorry to hear the back and forth between EA and us. As Mister Quimby mentioned above only EA is able to assist with in-game unlocks. Gold packs are something that you receive through the game rather than from a code. Definitely understand any frustrations
you have with this but appreciate your understanding.
