    Have not received any codes from Pre-Ordering Quantum Break for Xbox One


    Ordered Quantum Break on the 4th using link on Xbox.com about pre-ordering and received the codes, but I have not received any of the promised codes.

    I just spoke to customer support who redirected me here, I have not yet received any Quantum Break PC or Alan Wake codes after pre-ordering Quantum Break on Xbox One

    I have not yet received any of the pre-order codes for Quantum Break and support chat asked me to post here

    Hi, I have not received any of the pre-order codes from pre-ordering Quantum Break for Xbox One. The chat person said to attach this ticket number [Mod Removed]. I am especially looking forward to receiving the Windows 10 code. Thanks!

    Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.
