Have not received Alan wake download codes after months of waiting!

I purchased Quantum Break on 09/06/2016, and have still not received the Alan Wake codes after 3 months! After comtacting customer support twice they have advised me that to get the code I must post here. If someone can get these sent over to me I would
appreciate it. I have screenshots showing the date of purchase along with description stating that Alan wake was included if necessary but it wont allow me to upload the images here?

I pre-ordered Quantun Break 3/11/2016 and I have not received any codes.

I have been waiting over 2 month for ALAN WAKE codes.

I was advised by support to post here about a code I do not seem to have received.

I purchased the Quantum Break Pre-Order last month

I received the download code for Alan Wake - American Nightmare" on 25th Feb, but have not yet received the code for the main Alan Wake Game.

Is this to be expected.

If you are sure you purchased the game from the Xbox Store, please send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of the purchase from the Microsoft Commerce page. You can use
OneDrive or any other popular image hosting website to host your image.

It won't allow me to attach s screenshot only a URL and given that the screenshots are on my phone from the official Xbox app i cannot upload them. To be honest I'm totally frustrated at how long this is taking to resolve. Xbox customer support have told
me via live chat on more than one occassion that they can see when I bought the digital copy of the game, so proving that I did is a non issue. However, apparently only the "promotions team" can rectify the issue; hence my post here. Frankly, it's absurd
that I'm having to jump through this many hoops to get what I paid for months ago. This issue needs rectification and I refuse to waste any more of my time attempting to rectify this Issue myself. I trust that you will deal with this, or in the event that
for some reason you cannot, refer my complaint to someone who can.

You should be able to navigate to your Microsoft Commerce account on your phone and use the OneDrive app to upload it. Then you can Private Message me that screenshot so we can move forward. Without that screenshot proving purchase, I am unable to assist
currently.
