    Have not received a shipping label


    I placed a service order repair for my series x on 11-17 and never received my shipping label. I contacted someone from Microsoft, but they told me to call the hardware department. I cannot use my issue as a call reason from Microsoft. Should I just place
    a new service order or wait to see if I receive my shipping label?

    Service order created. "Print shipping label" greyed out.

    If its for an accessory, no shipping label will be available for those items. You have to pay for your own shipping for accessories

    Thats not true, well at least not here in the UK, Ive received a shipping label for my Scorpio controller
