Have not received a Gears of War 3 code but have received Gears of war 1 & 2

Hey there, please help as I have not received a redeemable code for gears of war 3, I have played this game on my old 360 and I have also downloaded DLC for it. Please assist, thanks.

Missing content from the gears of war 4 pre-order

Hello,

I pre-ordered the gears of war 4 pack and received the codes for gears of war 2 & 3 but have not yet received the code for gears of war 1.

Please could you re-send the code for Gears of War 1 as this is missing from the pre-order collection?

Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Codes

I purchased "Gears of War: Ultimate Edition" on release. I received codes for Gears of War 1 & 3 but did not receive codes for Gears of War 2 & Judgement.

I have not received my gears of war codes for gears of 1-3. I purchased the game back in September 2015.

Just one last question: I did not get the games codes xbox 360 gears of war 1 2 3 and judgment because I did not play before 26 Decembers on gears of war ultimate edition... But I received the code gears ultimate edition only January 6

I bought Gears of War 4 in the Black Friday Sale but I haven´t received the free codes of Gears 1, 2, 3 and others. Or it was a limited time offer?
