Have not received a code for dark souls 1 yet

Discus and support Have not received a code for dark souls 1 yet in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I purchased dark souls 3 February 19th and have still yet to get me code.     Have not received a code for dark souls 1 yet


    I purchased dark souls 3 February 19th and have still yet to get me code. I have contacted support 3 times have this was what the 3rd support person suggested to do.

    No Code for Dark Souls 1 yet

    I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 over 10 days ago (digitally) and still have not yet received a download code for Dark Souls 1. Why is this?

    I also purchased Just Cause 3 10 days ago and have not received my code for Just Cause 2.

    Dark Souls 3 Pre-order - Never received the code for DS1

    Hi there dark souls 1 is not yet backwards compatibly so that is why you have not received a code once it is you will get a message on Xbox one to redeem a code.
