Have Not Received 50,000 Reward Credits

I have purchased the promotional bundle that includes the fifty thousand reward credits. I have not received the points at all. FAQS and Forums only describe that the points will be converted and deposited in my local currency fifteen days after shipping
date. This does not tell me when I will receive my actual points. As of now, there is nothing to deposit. I need to see that the points will be added. I have read the terms and agreements of the promotion, and in such terms and agreements, the sponsor Microsoft,
has deemed,"After the purchase or pre-order of the console, sign into Xbox Live from the console, during the Program Period, to receive fifty thousand (50,000) Rewards Credits (the “Offer”). If you purchase the console, you will also receive free expedited
shipping on your purchase awarded in the form of a token via email (the "Special Offer"). Program excludes refurbished consoles. Credits will be converted to the member's local currency and will be deposited into the member's Microsoft account within fifteen
(15) days of the console’s shipping date." This again, means that I have not received the credits as the agreement states. I have met all prerequisites, verified by three different chat supports. Please deposit my 50,000 points, as the agreement dictates.

2nd post missing 50,000 rewards

i purchased the Xbox One S during your 50,000 promotional period, waited the 15 days after it shipped and HAVE NOT received my 50,000 reward credit!

Look up my account and provide my credit!

when will i get 50,000 reward credits

I bought the Gears of war 4 s bundle on Nov. 16th and I haven't received the 50,000 credits yet. I received the Xbox one s bundle and free game on Nov. 21st but no 50,000 reward credits. On Xbox live rewards when you go to mymissions it says you'll get
50,000 reward credits, free game and expedited shipping when you buy an Xbox one s on Microsoftstore.com. I did that, would like to know if I'll get the 50,000 reward credits or if I wasted a lot of money for an Xbox one s when I have an Xbox one.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

Since your purchase was made on the 17th, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending. However, we do see that there is a discrepancy between our terms and conditions and our FAQ, and are reaching out to our promotions team for clarification on
this. Apologies for the confusion.

Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.

That offer is actually for 50,000 Credits. From the FAQ for that offer:

There were 2 offers to receive credits for purchasing a console (they actually only ran from October to the end of December). Either the default offer of 30,000 credits or the offer for 50,000 credits. The offer for 50,000 credits was not given to everyone
and was not just for gold members. In order to qualify, you had to be chosen for the offer (you would have either received a specific email for that offer including a code, or the offer would have shown on the Missions page of the Rewards site when you signed
in, begin gold was not a requirement). If you were not chosen for the 50,000 credit off (as support stated), you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. The 50,000 credit offer was only given to select Rewards members. If you were not chosen for that offer, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits.
