    Have not received $5 promotion


    Bought a movie from a promotion a while ago. The promotion was supposed to give me a $5 windows card before March 7 via email. I have not received this.

    Wrong promotion

    I purchased xbox live 3 month subscription along with GTA 5 shark card code as a promotion and I never received it in received a code for minecraft instead....I have not used the code for minecraft because I rather have the GTA 5 promotion instead.

    Have not received promotional codes for the 5 free game promotion

    I have not received the 5 free game codes the I was suppose to receive for upgrading to gold. It was a dashboard promotion. I have waited 6-8 weeks and have not received the codes. When will I get the codes?

    These types of promotions typically add them straight to your account; they only send them through email if a user's account doesn't accept the automated addition for some reason. You can check on
    commerce.microsoft.com for any CSV balances added to your account.

    If you don't see any there, we are unable to assist with any Movies & TV promotions. You will want to post on the

    Apologies again, but what specific $5 promotion? Are you talking about the promotion with Gold where you received a certain amount after getting Gold? Or is this related to the Rewards 5 Year promotion that they have been running for the past week?

    Since that is not a rewards program offer, this is the wrong forum. Phone and chat support do not handle promotions so they do not have correct information regarding them. The $5 promotion is only $5 (not based on gamerscore) and is being sent out at random.
    Not everyone will receive the promotion. There is no way to find out why one account receives it and another doesn't.

    wrong amount for year subscription promotion

    its not renewal points because the promotion was for a gift card with a key and i received a message for a gift card for 5$ and not 15$ like the promotion promised.
