    I purchased three months of Xbox Live gold on June 13th and was supposed to receive a token for an additional 3 months free within 12 days. When the code did not arrive within the specified window I contacted Xbox Sales support via telephone and was instructed
    it should arrive by June 30th and was instructed to post in these forums for support if it didn’t arrive. I have yet to receive a token. I can provide my original order number upon request. Please help.

    DID NOT RECEIVE 3 MONTHS XBOX LIVE TOKEN

    I PURCHASED 3 MONTHS XBOX LIVE BACK IN JANUARY, ON THE BASIS THAT I WOULD RECEIVE ANOTHER 3 MONTHS XBOX LIVE TOKEN FREE OF CHARGE AS PER THE CURRENT PROMOTION AT THE TIME. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED ANY TOKEN. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT MICROSOFT CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS.

    Still missing 3 month token

    Posted this 6 days ago in the other forum and now they said to post over here instead. I still haven't received my 3 month token and have not received an xbox live message either. Hoop #3. Please help out here.

    I purchased on the US Microsoft Store site on June 15 and still have not received the free three months either. Terms and conditions said 10 business days until I receive the code. It has been well over this. I have contacted various customer service
    reps with always being told they cannot help me and sending me to different reps. I even contacted via Twitter for help. No resolution yet.

    The 3-month code was meant to be sent out by Email is it in your inbox?
    I too have this same issue and was told to post here after contacting support.

    Promotion was buy 3 months of gold, get 3 months free. The 3 Free months were to be received within 10 days from purchase.

    Received a code via email the following day (with no indication of how many months of fold it was for.)

    Waited 10 days, no secondary code/redemption instructions received.

    Redeeming the initial code, only gives 3 months of gold, not the 6 that stated in the promotion.

    It has been well past the 10 days since purchase, and the free 3 months is no where to be seen.

    Before it's asked, spam and junk mail has been checked. Outside of the initial purchase email/code, nothing relating to the order or promotion has been received.

    Support seems unable to help beyond telling people with this issue to post here.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Same here. August 31st. Signup for free 3 months with add 3 months. No token/Serial received. Contacted Support. Kept postponing three times telling me they couldn't find the promotion ???!

    Seems to me, they was done intentionally. They Keep billing me on my credit Card.

    I contacted xbox support almost a month ago about my son not receiving the free 3 months promotion that was advertised when he purchased his xbox live subscription on June 14th. The promotion stated that he should receive an email in 10 days with the free
    3 month code but he never received that. I contacted xbox support on July 1st to ask about this and was told it was sent to upper management and I would here from them. It is has now been almost a month and I have not received any communication.
