Have not received 3 month Groove music token.

    I signed up for the 4 month free trial, but never received the 3 month token. There is nothing in my inbox or junk.

    Groove Music - Labor Day Promo - 2x 3 months tokens not received

    Hi,

    I've purchased on 3rd of September a month worth of Groove Music Pass in conjunction with Labor Day Promo, as stated in the description of the promo I was supposed to receive 2 tokens, each worth of 3 months Groove Music, but unfortunately until now I have
    not received them yet.

    "Sign up for a 30-day Groove Music Pass at $9.99 and we will send you two tokens within 30 days, each good for an additional 3 months of music at no charge (6 months total)."





    Billing support has advised me to post here, to make sure that those tokens are delivered.

    I signed up to the trail but didn't get the token for 3 months of Groove Music Pass within the 30 days
