    On December 1st, 2016, I received an email from Xbox Live Rewards <*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***> about "8 million ways to get rewarded". In the email was an offer to get 15000 points if I ordered a custom Xbox One controller through the Xbox Design Lab. The disclaimer says
    "After the purchase of the Xbox Design Lab controller, Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 15 days of your purchase". It has been 16 days now, and the Xbox Live Rewards -> My Rewards page does not reflect the 15000 points I was supposed to
    have by this time. When can this be expected?

    Xbox Design Labs rewards promotion points not showing up

    there was an xbox design labs promotion where if you bought a custom controller, you'd receive 15000 rewards points. I did that and got my controller in the mail but no word on those rewards points and I can't find them on my account statement. What should
    I do?

    I ordered a custom controller from the Design Labs website on December 6th. The order was processed and it was delivered yesterday, but I still haven't received my 15,000 rewards points. Order #: 9883047478
