Have not received 15,000 reward credits for preordered game

I have pre-ordered Call of duty: Infinite Warfare digital deluxe edition for $99 on 9/23/16, Gears of War 4 for $59.99 on 10/3/16,Titanfall 2 for $59.99 on 10/17/16 and Battlefield 1:Early Enlister Edition for $71.99 on 10/19/16. I was wondering if these
purchases qualify for 15,000 points per pre-order as per my rewards pre-order offer? I am unsure if I have received these points or why they are not eligible for the offer. It would be 60,000 point total in question.

Not rewarded with rewards credit

I didn't get my 15,000 rewards credits for preordering a game that comes out before dec 31st. I preordered FFXV in November and I have not received my 15,000 rewards credit.

Didn't receive my 15,000 reward credits for preordering Battlefield 1

I preordered Battlefield 1 during the promotion where you get 15,000 reward credits instead of the $10 gift card. I preordered BF1 a couple weeks before release and never got the reward credits after I received the game.

I called support and was told to post here. Very frustrating.

Hello Czaka X,

The only offer that Rewards 15,000 per individual pre-order is the MicrosoftStore.com offer. That offer only Rewards physical disc pre-orders. Since your purchases were digital, they were not eligible for that offer.

The Rewards program is running an offer to receive 15,000 credits if you preorder a game from microsoftstore.com. So you would receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift card from microsoftstore.com.

There were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for purchasing those games digitally. There was an offer to receive 15,000 credits if you preordered them as physical discs from microsoftstore.com

There are no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it on or after October 1, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible preorders to complete the offer and receive
the 15,000 credits.

microsoftstore.com is giving out the $10 gift card on most of their preorders. As a rewards member, you should received the 15,000 credits instead of the $10 on up to 3 preorders. You wouldn't have to cancel anything to do so. So as long as you are still
getting the game from microsoftstore.com, you should receive the 15,000 credits.

Support will check your other purchases (keep in mind that in order to receive credits, they either have to be part of a specific offer on the site at the time of purchase or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates), but for the preorder
offer, you have to preorder 3 games and then you'll receive the 15,000 credits. There are no offers to receive 15,000 credits for one preorder at this time.
