Have not receieved all credits from Go West for Rewards promo last month

I have received the first level for purchasing $40 worth of games, but did not get the ones for avatar gear, achievements, or completing all tasks. I completed the 5 achievements on 3/31/18 and made the avatar gear purchase right after that. I think it didn't
register because your web site flipped over early to the following month, noticed this when I was trying to see what avatar content was valid for this month. Bought the John Marsten outfit, assumed it was one that qualified since I could not check the site
that evening. I would appreciate it if someone could look into that and verify that I am due at least the level 3 (achievement) award and I am pretty sure the purchase I made qualifies for level 2 which would also unlock level 4. Thank you in advance.

I completed all the requirements for the Reward for Go West like 2 months ago and my account never got credited. Please advise

MISSING REWARD CREDITS, AGAIN

Missing rewards credit for last month, the dashboard shows I have 20,000 credits pending which will be awarded for last months rewards in the next few days, but this is far short of the actual $300+ I spent in the store last month, at the 10% rate I receive
for rewards I am missing at lest 10,000 credits from last month.

The previous month I was also not awarded any points for my purchases via pre-order of For Honor Deluxe Edition and Sniper 4 to the tune of $130, ie 13,000 missing credits. I had thought since they were pre-order perhaps they would show up this month, but
apparently that is not the case.

Also, for August 2016 I was awarded a paltry 6,500 points based on what I assume to be an error with the site that probably happened to everyone, and this has never been fixed. I was awarded only 5% for that month as if I were not an XBOX Live Gold member,
instead of the 10% I should have recieved, probably because the site was having problems and was saying NOBODY was an xbox live gold member (this was an xbox service outage) and this happened at the same time the monthly rewards were calculated... again, this
has never been addressed or resolved.

In total I am missing 29,500 rewards credits for purchases from the xbox store. This is simply way too much missing credit to not be addressed and just let go...

So still yet to see any rewards credits from the rebates and I'm at the 4 star level but the credits for last months survey showed up so idk what's going on

first of all the system will always take the expiring money first even if the other 20£ would be new promo money like Rewards credits too.

But I don't think that it works the way you want to split it.

But at least what makes the difference ? You could buy something with the rest of your credits from the gift card and the rest with your credit card, or maybe you will have some new credits from Rewards.

How do I know how many Rewards Credits I've earned and how will I know when they have been converted to my local currency and deposited into my Microsoft account?

First, log in to Xbox Live Rewards and head over to the MyRewards page. Once you are on the MyRewards page, click on 'View MyStatement.' MyStatement is a summary of all your rewards activity. You can view:

Pending Rewards Credits: Credits you've earned that have not yet been converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account

Rewards Credits Deposits: Credits that have already been converted to your country's local currency and deposited in your Microsoft account.

Previous Month: Activity over the past month

Past 6 Months: Activity over the past 6 months

Lifetime: All your activity for the entire duration of your Xbox Live Rewards membership.

You'll also receive a MyStatement email each month that shows your Rewards Credits activity summary.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. We see that you only have one pending Credit event from last month on your account; every other instance of your Credits has been deposited.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Keep in mind that as stated in the FAQ, purchases that go towards offers like last month's "Go West" offer will not also award MyVIP payback.

Since your avatar purchases were $0.92 each, this was beneath the $2 requirement for that offer. We will adjust your account for the loose change, but please keep in mind the minimum requirement in the future. Regarding your achievement and bonus completion,
there was an issue with achievements that was recently resolved. You should see that offer complete shortly. Once our system has time to process the completion of your avatar and achievements, you should see the bonus follow afterward, which may take a few
days. Apologies for the inconvenience.
