    Hello there,

    I have not had my points deposited since June. I have received an email asking me to update my billing info, which I have done, and earlier this month I once again received an email asking me to update my info.

    I checked my Rewards Profile and noticed that I haven't had any points deposited into my account since June.

    If someone could please help me out, that would be great!

    No date for my rewards points

    Hey there,

    I have points that are beyond the 5000 limit and I already had them at the end of June. They haven't been deposited yet and there is no date that shows when they are supposed to be deposited like it usually was in the past when my points were more than 5000.

    Could you guys please check that?

    Hi,

    If I have over 5000 points In the first half of June which would usually be deposited at the end of the month, Will these get deposited on the 15th as the program will not be available by the end of the month? Or will they get converted to Microsoft reward
    points ?

    Hello Dance of Death,

    Unfortunately, after reviewing your deposit logs, it looks like your account is being affected by a database error which is preventing the successful completion of your deposit. In order for our system to complete the deposit, it needs to know which billable
    account you have indicated that you would like to receive your deposit in. This indicator marks a billable account as your "primary" billable account. What this database error is doing is causing this "primary" indicator to not be properly communicated to
    our deposit process. This causes our system to abort the deposit rather than place a deposit into an unmarked billable account.

    Since this is an issue with information contained on the Microsoft Account databases, we cannot take any action with just our basic customer support tools in order to resolve this issue. We have escalated this issue to the relevant team for resolution. We
    apologize for this inconvenience.

    Regarding gems

    If you don't redeem the gems by June 15, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

    If you have any pending credits by May 31, 2018, they will be deposited into your account as currency by the end of June. If there is an issue depositing credits into your account, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

    It does take a little time. If you renewed this month, I believe the points will be deposited in June.

    Since you have over 1,000 credits one one account, you can request a deposit on the MyRewards section of the site and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you request them. Otherwise, any remaining pending credits will be
    deposited as currency in June.

    If the surveys are the only thing you have done, it takes 100 points before they are deposited... on the 15th of the next month. Waiting on a couple hundred myself. If you've had 100+ pending since June, definitely make a post there to have it looked into.
