Have not been recieving Rewards Credits for purchases?

My purchases were not special promotions. I had purchased a few games January 22 - January 24 2017 and have not received credits for those purchases that go into my Xbox Live Rewards Savings Account.

not recieving credits in xbox live credits

i have not been recieving any credits for any purchases made. or for game pass

I havent been recieving any of the xbox quest rewards for the past 3 month

please help me i am not recieving any of the rewards after going all the xbox love quests on xbox one. I havent been recieving anything at all please help me. I have done all the quests and waited for months with no rewards.

Hello RoundWorm503,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Those are for gems which are not the same as rewards credits.

So what are the gems? As in the email it states that they will be transferred across to microsoft reward credits. I thought it had some affect on the rewards I recieve?

The $10 credit was an offer from microsoftstore.com if you are not a Rewards member. So you would need to contact customer service for the Microsoft Store if that is the case. If you are a Rewards member you would have received 15,000 credits if you purchased
from microsoftstore.com. If you purchased the game digitally, you would not have been eligible for the rewards.

If you're referring to the offer to receive 15,000 credits for preordering a game, keep in mind that the credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game ships as long as you preordered from microsoftstore.com. If it's been over that,
or you're referring to a different offer, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check for you.
