Have not been given my Discord/Spotify codes for Xbox Gamepass Ultimate

its been over a week and i still havent received the codes. i've talked to someone on live chat twice and i've filled in a code redeem request which is denied even though i gave evidence of payment. i live in the uk and i
use the xbox pc app and i dont have an xbox.

i don't know what to do now , please help

i have the same issue im a new gamepass ultimate member in the US and got no discord nitro or spotify prem ive also tried linking my xbox account to spotify

i believe it is something working only in the us and uk. Where are you playing from?

If you're on the Xbox One then please launch the Game Pass app and look for the Redeem Reward banner.

If you're on the PC then keep an eye on your notifications in the Xbox Companion App or the Beta App for info on redeeming the codes

Oops this is my fault, I meant there was a promotion with discord and spotify where if you got the game pass ultimate by January 6th (which I did) then you get spotify premium and discord nitro codes along with 3 months of xbox ultimate game pass, I have
the pass but support told me to wait 10 days for the other codes and I cant reach them anymore and its almost been 2 months.
