    I cannot play the suite of games on my lap top. I have tried rebooting my lap top and the wifi. Help?

    what us error code 101_107_1 have not been able to play daily challenges for 2 days. can not find the error codes anywhere.

    Advice to have a look in Mahjong FAQ for the error code 101_107_1 is quite useless.

    Suddenly stopped acknowledging my upgrade to Premium

    I am having the same issue, but first I was receiving an error code of 101_107_1 and could not log in for a while. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app before I was finally able to log back in. I am logged in now but it's showing that I need to upgrade
    to premium and seeing ads whenever I click on a game in star club. I chatted online with Microsoft support and he directed me her and also mentioned that it could be do to recent Windows upgrade as well.

    I'm sorry I have not been able to get back to this since my last post due to holiday travel. Again it has been random. I was able to successfully log on and play with no problem at all for two days. Then out of nowhere it would not allow me to log on again
