    Have not been able to claim a promotion that was offered on my Xbox One Dashboard


    ISSUE: I was offered a "Go gold for $2" promotion on my Xbox Dashboard, but i was unable to claim it.

    I spoke to support about the issue a couple weeks ago. They said I would hear back from them and I haven't heard anything.

    So I contacted support again and was told:

    "Xbox has it's own dedicated team to address your concern properly. And I can provide you a link wherein you can contact them directly about the promotion that you're looking for and all you need to do is to tell them about your issue. "

    So here I am.

    CONCLUSION: I am hoping to be able to claim the promotion that was offered to me.

    Any help would be appreciated, Thank you for your time!

    Hi. Thanks for the reply, but it's not the Games With Gold promotion. I know all about how that works. This was a promotion on the Xbox dashboard that offered me four games just for signing up. Killer Instinct, Powerstar Golf, Max: The Curse of The Brotherhood,
    and one other game that I can't remember the name of.

    i would receive my MS points. This was not a xbox rewards promotion it was on the dashboard home screen.

    Really sorry to hear about the confusion with this promotion. You should have been able to make the purchase while your subscription was still in effect, although it's possible that at the time you tried to purchase your dashboard hadn't yet refreshed to show
    current offers.

    Hi there Hotrod1121! DPRK 420 here is correct, most promotions on the dashboard are only offered for a certain amount of time. Once that offer is gone, we aren't able to offer it to you. The good thing is, promotions are constantly rotating so another offer
    could pop up soon! Just hold tight. :)
