    Have no received a code for Quantum Break on Windows 10


    I purchased Quantum Break for the xbox one on April 4th via the xbox one store. Yet I have not received a code for Quantum Break and the other bonus like Alan Wake. I read that it came in waves 7-10 days after Launch but that already passed and did not get
    a message from xbox. Will I eventually get it? Because the only reason why I bought the game was to play it on my computer and so far not receiving it is a massive disappointment.

    Still have not received Quantum Break code for Windows 10.

    Quantum Break was released well over a month ago, and I still have not received my code for the Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break.

    I have gotten my codes for Alan Wake for Xbox 360, but no code for Quantum Break.

    I've contacted support multiple times, and still have not received it.

    It was supposed to be sent to me "7-10 days after release."

    Where is it?

    Did NOT receive CODES for Quantum Break Preorder

    I preordered Quantum Break on April 4th.

    I have NOT received the Alan Wake code.

    I have NOT received the American Nightmare code.

    I have NOT received the Quantum Break Windows 10 code.

    Please assist.

    Hey RoseBubz07,

    You were sent two separate games, Alan Wake & Alan Wake's American Nightmare. As Kolea stated, Quantum Break for Windows 10 codes started going out today, and everyone should received their codes 7-10 days after Quantum Break's release.

    Please post a new thread if you don't receive your Quantum Break for Windows 10 code by the 15th of April, 2016.

    As mike90ramirez stated above, you should be receiving your code for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break 7-10 days after the release of Quantum Break. If you have not received your code after 10 days, please create a new thread. Thanks!

    Missing free games codes from Quantum break

    Hey there!

    When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
    be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

    In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.
