    Hi! I ended up downloading the new update for Nba2k4 and when completed, it’s like my account was disabled. I can no longer access any of my purchases or career mode. It is also not just that specific game but all of my games. I have called numerous times but no one can seem to correct this. It says something along the lines of network connection failure. Can someone please help me?

    Kindly try to access your account from a web browser using either PC / Mobile Device. If you're able to, try remove your account from the console. Power cycle your console. Then sign in again. If this does not resolve your query, try reset your console to default factory settings.

    No Idea What Is Happening

    You are simply suggesting to restart my xbox which does not actually solve the problem. I have power cycled it and I still have had this issue.

    The Wireless Controller support was not of help unless it is the Xbox One Malfunctioning. I play within 6ft of the console and without interference of any sort when it stops responding.
