    I have never received a single point from MS! What am I doing wrong?

    Never Received Reward Point

    Although I receive a deposit of 4750 credits in 2016 my dashboard stills show 0 credits.

    And it does not seem like I'm being rewarded any points ever since.

    Never received any MS points for renewing my subsricption

    Hi,

    I have been a xbox live member for about 7 years. I have signed up for the rewards programme but i have never received any bonus points for renewing my subscription. I cant recall ever receiving any bonus points since signing up for the rewards programme.

    I have renewed twice since signing up and have never received the points.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Hi Salmonpie. You currently have 3250 Credits pending in your account. To earn Rewards Credits, you must complete offers via the program. Your purchases are going towards your MyVIP progress. Once you unlock a Star Level, you'll begin to earn payback on
    your purchases. We do not see any other actions that would complete an offer. To see what our current offers are, visit your MyMissions page here:
