i can confirm the hissing noise too, but as for cell phone, you have to put it in bluetooth mode and hit the sync button the first time and your phone will see it and connect. This only needs to be done once. After this, while playing xbox and you get
a call, flip the switch and it will automatically connect to your phone and answer the call. No need to hit anything to answer. The mic is awesome except the background hiss. I took an old iPod earbud mesh cover and put it on the speaker and it got rid
of most of the hiss. I am using this with an iPhone 4 with no problems.

Except for your gpu your computer is too old you will need a new systrm to run most of gamepass games
