    Have issues connecting my new gamertag to the old one


    I have issues with signing in to my account. So when I finally logged in, it forced me to change my gamer tag and now I can't access my realm with the new gamer tag. I've tried changing my Xbox name to the older one but it won't let me and logging in my Microsoft account leads to the new gamer tag. What to do?
