Have Game Pass Ultimate Subscription but not recognized in Microsoft Store

I just built a new PC with Windows 10 and when I log into my account in the Microsoft Store I do not see that I have game pass even though I have game pass ultimate. I downloaded it with the $2 sub about 10 days ago. Does switching computers require me to
change something in order to access game pass ultimate? I could use it just fine on my last PC.

Because your account is the one that has the Ultimate subscription, you would need to sign into your account to be able to download the game.

Thanks for the reply. I restarted the system 3 times, and after the third time it finally shows that I have Game Pass. I'm not sure what the issue was, but now I have another issue. I cannot install Gears 5 with Game Pass. The option is greyed out. Is
there a reason for that? I can install other games still via game pass.

No, the subscription is tied to the account not the machine. Make sure you are logging into the correct account.

Thanks for the update. What is telling you to download games through the Xbox app and not the Microsoft Store? Any game on Game Pass can be downloaded through the Microsoft Store since it recognizes your subscription.

Per Game Pass FAQ page, you can purchase Ultimate subscription (store > memberships) and the time you have in your current Game Pass subscription will then convert into the Ultimate subscription. Note it's not a one to one conversion.
