    I need help redeeming Apex Legend charm. I redeemed a code through Xbox Game Pass but it is not working when I launch it through EA play. Can someone from Microsoft help with my problem please?

    EA Access and Same Retail Games Problem

    Any particular reason you redeemed BF4 through EA Access if you already own it on disc? Was it to get access to the digital version?

    Try deleting EA Access and its data and have your girlfriend play Battlefield 4 from disc. If that works, re-install EA Access but don't redeem BF4 again. Then have your girlfriend try one more time.

    Hi

    If you get enough points everytime you could redeem them every month. The games with Ea Play are these: https://www.xbox.com/nl-NL/games/ea-play . So if a game you would like to have through xbox gamepass or EA Play you could download these to your console/pc (or play it through Xbox cloud if it is compatable) and when your subscription runs out you wil not be able to play the game anymore until you redeem(or pay) the subscription again or you pay for the game.

    Yes, you can play Forza. FIFA would require EA Play which is available through EA Play which is included with PC Game Pass.

    If you've already redeemed the code, there's nothing that can be done. You'd just have to buy a PC Game Pass subscription.
