Have done everything but factory reset my Xbox 360 and still can't get starwars...

Make sure your Xbox 360 has an official Xbox 360 hard drive installed in the Xbox. The 4gb Xbox 360 does not have a hard drive. If it does not then that is the main reason why the game will not start.

The hard drive is needed due to the fact the emulator files are stored on it.

Yes it came with a factory installed hard drive and I can't figure out why it still will not launch how do i find out exactly which model Xbox i have to see if this is the problem

I have done the power cycle many times, still getting the error code. But why would I do a factory reset of my console if my OS version is on there, can't I use that instead of using the factory reset one?

Have you checked your Order History To make sure the game is still listed there?

If you have already done a factory reset I can't think of anything else.

Yes. It's still listed there. As of this morning, the problem still persists, and I've done everything I can think of, up to and including factory reset (twice) and contacting Microsoft.
