    Have called twice and now put on hold for over an hour


    I accidentally bought a game instead of a dlc for it I play it through game pass already so when I went to request a refund it automatically said no because I have time logged anyways. I called for reconsideration twice and neither time they did anything but told me they would, so I finally called today, hoping to get this resolved and am on hold right now and have been waiting for an hour and five minutes

    That’s what the person on the phone said and I have done it four times over the last week and a half and according to the status page only the original refund request was submitted

    You can appeal the refund decision by replying the email you got from Microsoft with refund decision. Keep if brief and explain why you should get the refund and they'll take a second look.
