    Why is it possible to invert the y-axis of the right stick but not the x-axis of the right stick?

    Why would one want to invert the x-axis?

    I got an answer maybe in third person platformers you're used to the lakitu cam used on Super Mario 64. Therefore if you want to look to your right you have to tell latitude to go to the left the name straight which shows you you're right.

    Likewise if you want to see below you you tell latitude to take to the skies and point at the ground.

    I know people who use the other way of third person platformers thinks that's kind of crazy, but a lot of people's first experience was the first 3D platformer Super Mario 64..

    I see no reason why not to have an inverted x-axis on the right. And I gave a reason why it should. It's like insurance. It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

    Why is the movement stick so sink or sink that it can't be flipped either X or Y or both?

    If you want to play a game with the joystick on the right and it doesn't use the digital d-pad joystick then you have to invert the analog left stick in order for the joystick directions to make sense on most joystick games when you 180 your fight stick and play right handed.

    Also some games have up to go down down to go up for a non-military/ aviation perspective, but the pro pilots would find it awkward to go the normal video game route.

    Well then yes, I already have it. The only option there is to invert the Y-axis. I'm not sure why this is the only option. I generally play all my games inverted and the invert X-axis option is NOT there for all games.

    It would be nice if Microsoft can add this option to the accessories app.

    You can change your controller binding's in the options menu in-game, so you can swap the triggers and bumpers around to better suit you.

    I don't remember if there's a way to swap the analog sticks around, but I'm pretty sure you can invert them if that's what you mean.
