Have a view profile and communication ban but enforcement site says "perfect record".

Have a view profile and communication ban but enforcement site says "perfect record". I noticed on the iOS xbox app that I can't respond to messages. Can't view profiles either in the app (says I'm banned from viewing profiles as well). Funny enough I can
respond to the messages via Xbox.com fine.

I get support can't assist with these things but when the enforcement site itself says "perfect record" I have no way of even possibly trying to figure out what this is. Even the virtual support agent says there is nothing on my account of any enforcement bans
on my account.

I'm left not knowing whats going on with my account and no one can help me. There has to be some way to figure out whats going on.

Also i checked the enforcement site and it says i have a perfect record so it is not a communication ban

 

Comms suspension but no details of duration or reason?

My sons account was subject to a communications suspension yesterday, we have logged into the enforcement page which says that there is an enforcement active but when we try to view details it says that he has a perfect record.

I believe that the only way to contact the enforcement team is through that particular page but with no details showing there is no way of contacting them. Any ideas how to find out duration and reason for the ban?

Your rep is the way other gamers review your online behavior and has nothing to do with an enforcement act.

Unfortunately, you didn't read what I wrote fully. What I said above was the enforcement site says my record is perfect. Can't create a case review if they have nothing listed there. Makes it hard to figure out what the heck is going on. Maybe you can see why
I resorted to this route, hoping someone at Microsoft MIGHT see this and could possible shed some light on this.

It worked fine on the website which seems to indicate something was amiss (and not me having an enforcement action on me) with that said it took awhile but the Xbox Social Media team in twitter, and they confirmed no enforcement actions of any kind and believe
it's an issue with the iOS app. Apparently I'm not the first to come across this. I could send messages fine on the console too so why the app would say it and the console works indicates the app may have an issue.

After lots of troubleshooting last night with them, the app was deleted iphone restarted and app re-installed the issues stopped and has yet to come back up. It's been sent to the enforcement team and the iOS app team to investigate.
