    Got a new series X when they were released. Was using wifi but was having connection issues so spent big bucks to get a hard wired line installed in basement. Problem wasn’t fixed and also was getting major lag. Got a new router and worked with ISP to get open NAT and my Xbox is priority one in the house now. And still am constantly getting disconnected. The thing is it reconnects instantly but I’m already kicked from my games. And now I’m getting matchmaking bans for leaving games. Happens on every game I play so I know it’s not the games server. The ISP says everything is good in their end, but I’m at my wits end. Are other people having this issue? Is this an Xbox Series X thing? Is it my ISP? Is it my router?

    I sympathise. Since this latest update my xbox one keeps disconnecting from the internet saying no network detected when the settings says it is. I have a series x haven't tried that yet to see if same issue .

    Hi Katie, I'm Ryan.

    What ISP are you with, and what's the specific brand and model of your router/modem? Does the same issue occur on both WiFi and a wired connection with an Ethernet cable?

    What OS version are you currently on? Settings > System > Console info.
